Officially officially officially

Blogging is hard… no, really.  I’m not a very good upheaving my thoughts in a well organized, at least coherent manner.  That’s why most of my blog posts are hugely random, wildly disorganized and usually just plain confusing.

Trust me, you will still see a whole plethora of musing, rants and faux product reviews here, but for my up-to-the-minute janyisms, please check the following:

.

Hence, microblogging is much better to quickly jot down thought w/o having to write a full blown post.  To visit my new site, go to http://thillythenny.tumblr.com.

I love the open platform that allows you to code CSS without having to pay, upgrade or stick a pole up your ass.  The pre-conceived templates are pretty cute looking, customizable and the dashboard easily allows you to enter a quote, link, text, picture, video or otherwise into the digital scrapbook.

.

Also, Twitter.  It’s huge and hugely addictive.  I’ve been trying to stay away from it as it’s usually yet another social network that I need to upkeep.  However, it’s really useful to hear the mental processes and short convos of influencers in my industry(ies), i.e. Chris Heuer, Todd Defren, Chris Lynn (at socialTNT), Brian Solis, “mashable,” “laughing squid,” “techmeme,” “lunch20,” Kami Huyse, Jeremy Pepper (okay, not to piss him off but I can so imagine my friend Cristina saying “pepper” with an argentine accent… pepppper… :) aww I miss her), and lots and lots more.

That and every once in a while, I’ll complain about how I can’t use Twitter cuz I feel like a 70 year old gramma… what’s that you kids are using now-a-days?  Twitter?  Back in my time… that was a bad word!

In any case, checketh me out: www.twitter.com/janyxu.

Almost quittin’ time on Friday!  Not sure if I want to go to Minna for happy hour or just head home… I’m leaning towards the former and latter at the same time… teeheehee.
